Registration Rules

  1. The registration form is binding. Once you have submited this form, you are liable to pay the registration fee. 
  2. Cancellations will only be accepted up to 15 May 2009 
  3.  A fee of R200.00 per delegate is payable for every cancellation or substitution. 
  4.  Any cancellation after 15 May 2009 will not be refunded 
  5.  The person whose name appears in the delegate information section on the form is the one who will be registered and held responsible for payment.
