Registration Rules
- The registration form is binding. Once you have signed and returned it, you are liable to pay the registration fee.
- Cancellations will only be accepted up to 3 May 2009
- A fee of R200.00 per delegate is payable for every cancellation or substitution.
- Any cancellation after 03 May 2009 will not be refunded
- The person whose name appears in the delegate information section on the form is the one who will be registered and held responsible for payment.
