Our Experience

Since starting operations in 2005, we have worked with many specialist Event Management & Group Travel Management organisations and have gained real insight not only to online RSVP management and event administration, but also to the business operations of Event Management & Group Travel organisations. Thus we are not just able to help with Online RSVP, but also optimising business processes in your organisation to facilitate growth or reduce cost.

Our Focus

We are a software company. It is our primary objective to deliver software solutions to the Event & Travel Industry. We are not, and do not ever plan to be, an event management or tour management company. Thus we are able to form a non-competitive symbiotic relationship with our clients.

Some Statistics

We don't measure ourselves on how many events or trips we have done, rather on the satisfaction of our clients, their clients and the participants. That said, we are proud of just how much has been achieved.

We have over the past few years:

• Supported over 750 events and trips supported

• Designed or implemented over 180 different web-site designs, see examples.

• Created over 400 email and sms templates for invitations, confirmations. These were inturn used to send in excess of 600,000 individually personalised, event-related emails and sms's.
